What’s new in the DocuSign iOS app?

For starters, it has a new look. The updated interface is more intuitive and comfortable for any user, even without prior experience signing and collecting signatures on a mobile device. 

There’s a bright new yellow tag that points straight to signing fields. You can’t miss it. No more manually tagged signature fields; now tag signers with an easy drag-and-drop function. It’s all designed to simplify the process of collecting signatures remotely – whether sending or signing.

1. Step-by-Step Sending  

Clear, step-by-step instructions smooth the process of setting up and gathering signatures on an agreement directly from your phone. Upload a document, designate signers, and send an agreement through guided steps so you won’t miss adding a recipient as a signer or cc’ing additional stakeholders.

2. Easy Upload and Tag

Upload documents for signing straight from your iOS device. Attach files, photos, templates and more. Quickly assign signature tags with the new drag-and-drop feature. Each signer gets a unique colour when tagged in the document so you can easily tell which tags are assigned to whom. 

3. Templates

For regularly sent agreements, there’s nothing like a template to simplify the process.  Easily find and apply the right template for your agreement, tag recipients, and route your document for signatures. 

4. Signer Profiles

Create your unique electronic signature. Draw your own, upload your signature file, or choose from a selection of available signature styles. Set up your personal signer profile in the app; it’ll be applied whether you sign your full name or just initial a document.
